Position Summary: We are seeking a General Accountant to manage accounting, financial analysis, and tax compliance, ensuring control over revenues and expenses. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring and control of financial activities We are looking for a GENERAL ACCOUNTANT Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:30 hrs. Location: Ejército Nacional, Miguel Hidalgo, CDMX. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting * 3 years’ experience as General Accountant * Proficiency in accounting systems * General knowledge of taxes * Familiarity with SAT’s online portal * Advanced Excel skills **WE OFFER:** * Initial monthly salary of $25,000.00 to $30,000.00 Gross * Meal vouchers * Savings fund * Access to sports facilities **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Review of biweekly and monthly pre-closing entries * General accounting (accounting records) * Control, analysis, and monitoring of bank reconciliations * Control and monitoring of expenses * Control and monitoring of revenues * Preparation and monitoring of biweekly and monthly expense reports * Monitoring and review of invoicing requests * Review and analysis of cash flows * Recording and control of general accounting (revenues, expenditures, journal entries) * Calculation of federal and local taxes (ISR, VAT, withholdings) * Preparation of basic financial statements and bank reconciliations.
