Job Summary: We are seeking a Data Engineer to design and execute data pipelines, centralize information in Snowflake, and transform it for business stakeholders. Key Highlights: 1. Implementation, migration, or system consolidation projects We are looking for candidates to fill the position of **Data Engineer - Data Ingestion and Transformation**, assigned to a client located in Monterrey, NL. Responsibilities: * Design, develop, and execute data pipelines to ingest information from legacy systems, centralize data in our Data Warehouse (Snowflake), and subsequently transform and deliver it for consumption by various business stakeholders. * Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. * Relational databases and SQL * Python * AWS: Glue, Lambda, S3 * Version control software * Implementation, migration, or system consolidation projects * End-to-end data process development and optimization * Information analysis and data transformation * Digital Transformation projects * **Intermediate English** * ETL tools experience (e.g., DataStage) is desirable * Cloud platform certifications (AWS, Azure) are desirable * Spark is desirable * Immediate availability Duration: 6-month project, with potential extension Work Modality: On-site (hybrid modality negotiable) Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Statutory Benefits Position Type: Fixed-term or project-based employment Contract Duration: 6 months Salary: Up to $60,000.00 per month Education: * Completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred) Experience: * End-to-end process development: 3 years (preferred) * Data analysis and transformation: 3 years (preferred) * Digital transformation projects: 3 years (preferred) * SQL: 5 years (preferred) * Python: 3 years (preferred) * AWS: 3 years (preferred) * DataStage: 3 years (preferred) * Implementation and migration projects: 5 years (preferred) Language: * English (preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
