Job Summary: Support and monitor assigned stores to ensure proper visual execution according to the commercial strategy. Key Responsibilities: 1. Visual merchandising setup supervision and correction in stores 2. Constant communication with managers and district personnel 3. Staff training and guidance OBJECTIVE: SUPPORT AND MONITOR ASSIGNED STORES TO ENSURE TIMELY AND CORRECT EXECUTION OF VISUAL AREA CHANGES. RESPONSIBILITIES: - SUPERVISE CORRECT PLACEMENT OF DISPLAY UNITS, DISPLAYS, PRICING, AND PROMOTIONS ACCORDING TO THE COMMERCIAL STRATEGY - MONITORING AND CORRECTION OF VISUAL SETUPS IN THE ASSIGNED ZONE (USING AN APPLICATION) - SALES AND PRODUCT DELIVERY TRACKING (ASSIGNED ZONE) - PLANNING AND ORGANIZING STORE VISITS - CONSTANT COMMUNICATION WITH MANAGERS AND DISTRICT PERSONNEL - TRAINING AND GUIDANCE FOR TCMs WORK MODE: 70% OPERATIONAL / 30% ADMINISTRATIVE . -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor's degree 5 years of experience Age: between 20 and 40 years Willingness to travel: Yes Keywords: resident, supervisor, team leader, assistant manager, responsible person, coordinator, manager, captain
