Key Highlights: 1. Key role in validating and capturing financial and tax-related transactions. 2. Responsibility for handling invoices and checks. 3. Preparation of daily Control Desk reports. A company operating in the financial and tax sector is seeking personnel for the position of Control Desk Operator: Responsibilities: - Validate transactions in the company's system. - Capture paid invoices. - Cancel checks sent by the Payroll Department. - Capture non-conforming outputs. - Prepare and submit the daily Control Desk report. Requirements: - Microsoft Office Suite - Relevant work experience Schedule: Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Saturday: Remote work. -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor's degree 2 years of experience Age: 26 years or older Knowledge: Financial statements, Invoicing, Microsoft Office, Customer service Keywords: operator, operario, operator
