Additionally, serve as a technical reference, promoting best practices and mentoring within the team. **Responsibilities:** * Lead analytical projects focused on solving strategic business problems. * Design and implement advanced data models with measurable impact on commercial outcomes. * Translate business needs into clear and effective technical solutions. * Collaborate with leaders and functional areas to guide data-driven decision-making. * Visualize and communicate complex findings to non-technical audiences clearly and actionably. * Supervise and mentor junior profiles, ensuring technical quality and strategic alignment. * Promote a data\-driven culture across the organization through best practices and evangelization of data usage. **Required Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Actuarial Science / Computer Systems / Mathematics / Industrial Engineering **Requirements:** Tool proficiency: SQL, R, Python, Julia, Scala, SPSS Statistics, SPSS Modeler Proven experience in applied business data science, leadership of analytical initiatives, predictive and prescriptive modeling, strategic decision-making, data visualization and communication, mentoring, and technical leadership. **Language:** Advanced English (C1) **Benefits:** Base salary Savings fund 25% discount on furniture and clothing purchases Year-end bonus Vacation days Vacation bonus Profit-sharing Birthday day off Scholarships for studies School supplies Family protection club Pleasant work environment And other benefits and perks Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site
