Job Summary: We are seeking a Talent Development professional to manage innovative training programs and ensure regulatory compliance within an IT company. Key Highlights: 1. As a Talent Development professional at CompuSoluciones, your primary mission will be: * Manage and monitor the Annual Training Plan aligned with STPS regulations. * Execute and administer trainings and inductions related to compliance with NOMs 002, 006, 017, 019, 022, 027, 029, 030, and 036\. * Prepare supporting documentation for internal or external audits, according to applicability at each work center. * Upload, update, and maintain information in SIRCE. * Coordinate the hiring of external training providers who meet STPS requirements. What are we looking for? Academic background: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Knowledge: Advanced English, intermediate Excel. Training knowledge is desirable. Experience: Recent graduate Skills: Commitment to work quality, effective communication, follow-up and control, self-development Availability: Full-time. 8-hour workday, Monday through Friday.
