Job Summary: We are seeking a Security Supervisor to develop plans, supervise tasks, train staff on protocols, and promote Citelis Culture to achieve organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision and management of security personnel. 2. Training on security protocols and civil protection. 3. Promotion of Citelis Culture and talent development. **JOIN OUR TEAM!** SECURITY SUPERVISOR **Location:** Culiacán Space What will you do? * Develop the weekly activity plan for task assignment to your team. * Conduct daily supervision of assigned tasks through physical\-visual inspections to identify and address needs. * Supervise shift handovers and review incident, activity, and area requirement reports (daily / weekly) during your work shift. * Conduct patrols throughout the life center to identify and address needs. * Train personnel to perform tasks and functions based on security, surveillance, and civil protection protocols. * Perform administrative duties such as: staff vacation scheduling, medical leaves, holidays, attendance tracking, permissions, rest days, and all incidents involving your team. * Support staff in vulnerability and security situations beyond their scope of responsibility. * Supervise monitoring center operations and civil protection protocols during emergencies. * Address the needs of visitors, suppliers, tenants, and internal / external clients regarding incidents occurring at the life center. * Actively promote **Citelis Culture** and foster talent development to achieve company objectives. **Minimum Education:** Completed high school diploma (mandatory) **Experience:** ✔ Minimum 2 years of experience supervising personnel and administration. **Additional Requirements:** * Flexible availability of working hours * Experience managing operational staff * Knowledge of security and civil protection protocols **Work Schedule:** Fixed shift (with availability) **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits * Uniforms * Transportation **Are you interested?** Apply through this channel and attach your CV or send us a WhatsApp message at **81 8280 9075** **We’re waiting for you!** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from $9,160\.41 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Option for indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
