Personnel Administration * Controlling and updating physical and digital personnel files. * Assisting in drafting employment contracts, onboarding, and offboarding of staff. * Tracking labor incidents and performing administrative personnel oversight. Document Management * Organizing and controlling departmental documentation. * Supporting standardization of processes and records. * Compiling required forms and controls for developing the Quality Management System. Departmental Operational Support * Monitoring basic recruitment and personnel administration indicators. * Assisting in implementing Human Resources policies and procedures. * Coordinating with various departments to ensure compliance with internal processes. **Required Profile** Education Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
