Job stability MAQUINADOS ROCAMTONACHI, a leading industrial machining company with 43 years of experience in the metalworking industry, is seeking a GRINDER with the following requirements: * **Machinery Operation:** Operate grinders (surface, cylindrical, or universal) to achieve high-precision finishes. * **Adjustment and Setup:** Select and mount the appropriate abrasive wheel according to material type and required finish; balance and dress the wheel (diamond dressing). * **Technical Interpretation:** Read and interpret mechanical drawings, identifying decimal tolerances and surface finishes. * **Quality Control:** Perform continuous measurements during and after processing using micrometers, comparators, roughness testers, and height gauges. * **Preventive Maintenance:** Clean and lubricate the machine, as well as manage the cooling system to prevent thermal deformation of parts. * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years of experience grinding precision parts for the metalworking industry. * Advanced proficiency in using high-precision measuring instruments. * In-depth knowledge of materials (heat-treated steels, stainless steels, etc.) and their behavior during grinding. * Calculation of cutting speeds and feed rates. * Extreme attention to detail (micron-level tolerances). * Sustained concentration capacity. * Industrial safety focus (use of PPE and protective guards). * **We Offer** * Competitive salary based on technical experience. * Statutory benefits and job stability. * Opportunity to work on technically highly complex projects. * Excellent working environment at a leading manufacturing company.
