Job Summary: A leading security company is seeking an External Security Supervisor to ensure the protection of valuables and the proper implementation of protocols. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure the protection of valuables and compliance with protocols. 2. Implement external supervision to eradicate improper practices. 3. Analyze information and generate disciplinary proposals. **TRANSPORTES LOCK** A leading company specializing in security, transportation, and administration of valuables. **WE ARE SEEKING AN EXTERNAL SECURITY SUPERVISOR** **Location:** Felipe Carrillo Puerto, Qro. **Requirements:** * Gender: Unrestricted * Age: 33–45 years * High school diploma (incomplete) / incomplete undergraduate degree * Valid State Class B driver's license * Discharged military service card **Experience:** Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience in a similar position. **Job Objective:** Ensure compliance with the risk matrix coverage, thereby guaranteeing appropriate protection of valuables. Implement external supervision protocols to identify adherence to or deviations from operational personnel procedures, with the aim of eradicating improper practices and minimizing company losses. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise the implementation of the valuables transportation protocol according to the risk matrix. * Supervise compliance with procedures and instructions by custodians and shift supervisors. * Ensure custodian staffing for route departures. * Visit each service location to observe and verify adherence to established security protocols; in case of non-compliance, complete the corresponding reports. * Verify that video recording is conducted during operations at the supervision point. * Analyze information collected by the shift supervisor, evaluate reported non-compliances, and generate disciplinary proposals for submission to the sub-delegate for authorization. **We Offer:** * Grocery vouchers * Life insurance * Uniforms * Savings fund starting from the 3rd month * Statutory benefits effective from day one
