WE INVITE YOU TO JOIN OUR TEAM AS: **"Technical Support"** REQUIREMENTS: Education: High school diploma with a technical degree or bachelor's degree in computer science or related field (degree certificate required) KNOWLEDGE: * PC operation * Information analysis * Excel and Word RESPONSIBILITIES: Unit configuration, installation, and training; unit assembly; equipment receipt Enrollment system testing Preparation of delivery and completion certificates for installations Preparation of technical records; covering operator absences Preparation of travel expense reports (with supporting documentation) Technical training; hardware and software maintenance; equipment return WE OFFER: * Gross salary: $ 12,356\.70 * Punctuality and attendance bonus: $ 500\.00 per month * Statutory benefits; job stability. * Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Work location: Downtown Querétaro Willingness to travel anywhere within the Mexican Republic (no relocation required; travel expenses reimbursed) Dress code: Business attire — white shirt/blouse, black or beige trousers, black shoes.
