**About the Role**
Responsible for executing physicochemical water treatment programs at strategic accounts, ensuring contractual objectives are met, customer operational efficiency is maintained, and high levels of customer satisfaction are achieved.
This position is part of the Technical Service team and is based in the state of Veracruz, with a 100% on-site, in-person work model.
**In this role, a typical day includes:**
* Executing chemical treatment programs according to contractual specifications
* Conducting technical visits to monitor the performance of treatment systems
* Controlling chemical dosing and operational parameters
* Identifying deviations, failures, or risks and proposing technical solutions
* Performing equipment inspections and generating technical reports
* Monitoring on-site chemical inventories
* Collecting water samples and conducting physicochemical analysis
* Documenting results, trends, and value delivered to the customer
* Ensuring compliance with service standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
* Collaborating on continuous improvement initiatives
**Essential Job Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field (graduated or intern)
* 2–3 years of experience in water treatment within industrial environments
* Knowledge of chemical dosing, physicochemical analysis, and system operation
* Basic knowledge of electricity, mechanics, and pumping equipment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
