This is your chance! **What We Offer:** **Upon Onboarding** * Initial gross monthly salary: $15,000\.00 (for the first 3 months). * Initial net monthly total: $13,184\.00 paid biweekly at $6,592\.00 per payment. **After 3 Months:** * Gross monthly salary: $17,196\.00 * Net monthly total: $14,923\.00 paid biweekly at $7,462\.00 per payment. * Grocery vouchers: $750 monthly after 3 months. **Additionally:** * Social Security, INFONAVIT, FONACOT. * Year-end bonus, profit sharing, and double savings fund. * Vacation days plus additional time off for birthdays, marriage, adoption, or childbirth. * Official non-working days and CNBV-designated non-working days. **Position Details** * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Saturdays as needed, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * 100% office-based work. **Your Responsibilities:** * Design and develop efficient, fast, and versatile programs according to departmental requirements. * Resolve software incidents reported by the Service Desk promptly and effectively. * Participate in project follow-up and analysis meetings. * Conduct comprehensive testing and document all developments. * Follow programming and design standards established by the team. **What We’re Looking For:** * Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Actuarial Science, Electronics, Mechatronics, Physics, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of programming experience. * Proficiency in VB .NET, C\#, ASP.NET (or similar), PL/SQL, JavaScript, Git (version control), Power BI (preferred), and API development. **This Is Your Opportunity!** At **MásKapital**, we deeply value the effort and dedication of our team.
