




**Position: E-commerce & Performance Marketing Coordinator (Mexico & USA)** **Salary:** $35,000 – $40,000 MXN/month. **Location:** Camino al Desierto de los Leones 67, 01000, Álvaro Obregón, CDMX **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm At **Productos DIFO**, we are a Mexican company with international reach, dedicated to creating and selling **healthy and differentiated snacks.** We manage brands such as **ToYou, Quisit and Nany**, and are expanding our portfolio in **Mexico and the United States** through e-commerce, retail, and Amazon. We are looking for a strategic and analytical profile who can combine e-commerce management and performance marketing, capable of coordinating external agencies and directly executing Shopify operations. This role will have impact in both markets, maximizing return on investment and proposing innovative initiatives based on digital trends and benchmarks. **Responsibilities** **E-commerce** **· Shopify (Mexico and USA):** direct management (product listings, banners, promotions, inventory, basic UX, integrations). **· Amazon (Mexico and USA):** coordinate and supervise the external agency (building Amazon MX from scratch and optimizing Amazon USA). · Track key metrics (sales, traffic, conversions, reviews). **Paid Media / Performance Marketing** · Design and oversee **Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads and Amazon Ads** campaigns in collaboration with agencies for Mexico and USA. · Optimize digital advertising budgets, ensuring efficiency. · Generate performance reports and propose data-driven improvements. **Agency Coordination** · Serve as the **internal liaison** with the Amazon and social media agencies. · Review, question, and approve plans, ensuring they meet objectives. · Align digital campaigns with product launches, promotions, and commercial goals for Mexico and USA. **Innovation & Competition** · Monitor digital trends and competitors' campaigns. · Propose improvements and new initiatives based on **market benchmarks.** · Identify content, format, and channel opportunities to strengthen brand presence in both countries. **Requirements** · Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field. · 2–4 years of experience in **e-commerce and performance marketing.** · Experience with **Shopify** (essential). · Knowledge of **Amazon Seller Central** (preferably with agency coordination experience). · Proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads. · Ability to analyze data and generate reports (Excel, Google Analytics, Data Studio). · Intermediate to advanced English. **Compensation** · **Gross salary:** $35,000 – $40,000 MXN/month. · 15 days of Christmas bonus · 12 vacation days starting from the first year · Vacation premium of 25% as per law. · Profit sharing · Excellent work environment **If this position interests you and you match the profile, we look forward to your application!** Job type: Full-time Salary: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
