This role is key to developing and maintaining our brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency and appeal across all customer touchpoints.\n\n**Main Responsibilities:**\n\n* Design and develop custom websites using templates, frameworks, and AI tools.\n* Create high-impact visual landing pages, digital presentation letters, and interactive portals.\n* Develop and maintain mobile applications and web apps in collaboration with the development team.\n* Apply artificial intelligence to generate multimedia content (images, video, audio, and text).\n* Optimize user experience (UX/UI), speed, and functionality of each site or app.\n* Integrate APIs, CRM, chatbots, and automated workflows with AI support.\n* Collaborate with the marketing team to implement SEO, SEM, and digital funnel strategies.\n* Ensure all developments meet Tactika’s technical and visual standards.\n* Ensure all developments meet Tactika’s technical and visual standards and document processes, prototypes, and versions of each development.\n\n**Requirements:**\n\n* Bachelor's degree or engineering in Graphic Design, Web Development, Programming, Digital Communication, or related field.\n* Minimum 2 years of experience in web or multimedia design and development, preferably in digital agencies or technology environments.\n* Knowledge of WordPress, Webflow, Framer, Wix Studio, or similar platforms.\n* Programming languages: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, or React (desirable).\n* Experience with artificial intelligence tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Leonardo AI, D-ID, Synthesia, etc.).\n* Basic knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and related tools (e.g., DALL·E, MidJourney, ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly).\n* Multimedia content creation with AI: automated generation of videos, images, and text.\n* UX/UI principles, responsive design, and user experience.\n* Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Premiere, After Effects), knowledge of technical SEO and website speed optimization, and integration with CRM, APIs, automations, and e-commerce.\n\n**Skills:**\n\n* Creativity and innovative thinking.\n* Technological curiosity and adaptability to change.\n* Effective communication and interdisciplinary teamwork.\n* Attention to detail and aesthetic precision and results-driven mindset with commitment to deadlines.\n\n**We Offer:**\n\n* A dynamic and collaborative work environment.\n* Opportunities for professional growth and development.\n* Flexibility for creativity and innovation.\n* Participation in key projects for company growth.\n* Training in design tools and emerging technologies.\n* Additional benefits and perks.\n* Statutory benefits.\n\n**Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.**\n\n**Competitive salary based on experience.**\n\n**Work Schedule:** Hybrid mode (CDMX – partial home office).\n\n**Full-time**\n\n**Salary:** $12,000.00 -
