Grupo Balle seeks an **Elevator Specialist Operational Coordinator**, responsible for coordinating preventive, corrective, and incident-response services for elevators and vertical mobility equipment, ensuring operational compliance, safety, service quality, and timely delivery of executive reports to the Operations Department. We seek a candidate with solid technical experience in elevators, as well as administrative capability, documentation tracking, leadership of technical personnel, and field progress control. Key Requirements * Electromechanical, mechanical, electrical engineering, or related degree. * Minimum **3 to 5 years** of experience in elevator maintenance and service coordination. * Knowledge of fault diagnosis, vendor management, spare parts, and incident tracking. * Experience leading technicians or field crews. * Proficiency in reports, logbooks, evidence documentation, and operational tracking. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Availability for field supervision. Responsibilities * Coordinate preventive, corrective, and emergency services. * Supervise technical staff and adherence to safety protocols. * Validate diagnostics, response times, and technical closures. * Track spare parts, incidents, and recurring issues. * Consolidate progress updates, evidence, and reports for PMI or Operations Management. * Maintain clear visibility of operational status per site. Ideal Profile A highly operational individual with discipline, organization, sense of urgency, strong leadership, and absolute focus on results. Must possess sound judgment to resolve issues, escalate appropriately, and remain fully engaged in operations.
