Optimize service efficiency and quality A company dedicated to\_ **Pest Control and Disinfection,** *is seeking its* **Operations Coordinator.**\_ ***REQUIREMENTS:*** * Education: Agricultural Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Agronomy, or related field (preferred). * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar position. * Solid knowledge of regulations and safety standards applicable to fumigation operations. * Team management and problem-solving skills. ***RESPONSIBILITIES:*** * Direct, supervise, and execute the company’s operational activities, including scheduling fumigations, assigning personnel, and coordinating resources. * Ensure compliance with operational procedures and safety and environmental regulations. * Develop and implement effective operational strategies to optimize efficiency, improve service quality, and achieve company objectives. * Ensure quality standards are met in fumigation processes, guaranteeing the effectiveness of products and techniques used. * Implement and strictly enforce safety measures to protect the health and well-being of staff and customers. ***WE OFFER:*** * Statutory benefits * Working hours: Mon–Fri, 09:00–18:00 hrs * Direct hiring * Job stability Employment type: Full-time, indefinite term Salary: $18,000.00–$20,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
