**Job Opening: Entertainment Procurement Analyst** **Shopping Center: Paseo Arcos Bosques** **Work Modality:** On-site ✈️ **Willingness to travel:** Yes **Position Objective** Execute and ensure the **entertainment department's procurement process**, guaranteeing the timely supply of supplies, spare parts, equipment, and specialized services, while maintaining cost control, regulatory compliance, and quality standards that positively impact customer experience and business results. **Key Responsibilities** * Execute **operational procurement for the entertainment area**, ensuring timely supply of supplies and materials. * Request and **analyze quotations**, preparing comparative analyses to support decision-making. * **Manage warehouse and consumables inventory**, maintaining optimal stock levels. * Ensure **compliance with procurement policies and documentation control**. * Coordinate **supply to parks** with internal departments and suppliers, meeting timelines and quality standards. * Track **import processes** and coordinate with customs agents.
