Your Challenges: * Provide attention and support to distributors, ensuring an agile and effective service experience. * Track required documentation for order processing and information validation. * Validate processes and ensure the proper flow of requests, guaranteeing compliance with internal standards. * Promptly follow up on requirements, meeting established response timeframes. * Maintain clear and effective communication with internal and external customers to ensure progress of each process. What We Need From You: * You hold a completed high school diploma. * You have at least 1 year of experience in customer service, administrative process tracking, or distributor/customer support. * You are proficient with Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook). * You possess strong communication skills, excellent oral expression, and a service-oriented mindset. * You are organized, detail-oriented, and focused on meeting deadlines.
