




Position Summary: We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide user support and service, delivering first- and second-level technical support across the company's various technologies. Hardware and software maintenance and troubleshooting **TECHNICAL SUPPORT (IMMEDIATE HIRING)** Work Locations: Huixquilucan Responsibilities: Provide user support and service by delivering first- and second-level technical support for the company’s various technologies. Requirements: Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Computer Science Monday to Friday working hours 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM Shift rotation is required; occasional travel across Mexico is necessary for on-site support. 1–2 years of experience in first- and second-level technical support, with knowledge of CCTV, networking, access control systems, structured cabling, computer equipment, and hardware and software maintenance and troubleshooting. Strong interest in customer service and support. We Offer: Monthly salary: $12,500.00 MXN Positive work environment.
