We are hiring! **Production and Warehouse Assistant** Location: **"Ejido la Campana, Ocoyoacac**, State of Mexico." **Job Objective** Support **production and warehouse operations**, including filling, labeling, packaging, and product control, as well as organizing, packing, and safeguarding materials—ensuring **order, quality, and safety** in every task. **Key Responsibilities** * Manual filling of bottles with precision and volume control. * Labeling and packaging of finished products according to quality standards. * Assembly and presentation of incense, packaging, and boxes. * Packaging of products using appropriate tools and materials (tapes, stretch film, strapping machines, boxes, etc.). * Receiving, inspecting, and recording incoming goods. * Sorting, arranging, and storing materials and products in the warehouse. * Preparing orders for picking, shipping, and distribution. * Assisting with physical inventories and component tracking. * Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area following the 5S methodology. * Reporting incidents, shortages, or irregularities to the immediate supervisor. **Required Profile** * Education: Completed secondary school or high school (preferred). * Experience: 8 months to 2 years in production, warehousing, or logistics. * **Residence in Ocoyoacac (preferred).** * If residing outside the area, must have **personal transportation**. * **Strong attitude and eagerness to learn.** * **Availability:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. * Willingness to work **overtime during peak seasons**. **Soft Skills** * Teamwork and assertive communication. * Organization and attention to detail. * Adaptability and proactivity. * Responsibility and positive attitude. **Hard Skills** * Handling of packaging materials and packaging techniques. * Basic inventory control. * Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards. * Basic use of warehouse tools. **We Offer** * Competitive **net salary**. * Statutory benefits. * Opportunities for learning and growth. * A positive work environment.
