Position Summary: We are seeking a Solid Granulator Operator with experience operating granulation and blending equipment for the manufacture of oral solid pharmaceutical products. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in granulation and blending of solid pharmaceutical products. 2. Operation of granulation equipment and troubleshooting during the process. 3. Compliance with GMP, GDP, and safety and hygiene regulations. Neolpharma Group is looking for your talent as: SOLID GRANULATOR OPERATOR Objective: Operate the oral solid dosage forms granulation line in accordance with GMP and GDP, and safety and hygiene regulations. Requirements: High school diploma with official certificate (MANDATORY) Minimum 2 years of experience as a solid pharmaceutical granulator and in troubleshooting granulation process-related issues. Minimum 2 years of experience as a granulator/blender. Experience operating granulation equipment and powder blenders for manufacturing oral solid pharmaceutical products. Responsibilities: Adhere to machine hours and man-hours established by industrial safety. Comply with the Quality Management System, standards, policies, and safety, hygiene, and environmental protection measures. Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. Adhere to established working hours punctually and accurately. Perform assigned granulation processes within the designated area. Operate the granulator correctly and report any product, equipment, or work area failures during the work shift. Avoid rework; perform cleaning and manufacturing activities according to standard times. Disassemble and assemble various types of granulators. Conduct physical tests and process controls during granulation. Train assigned personnel when required by the area and operations.
