Position Summary: Provide operational and security support, serving as the first point of contact for guests and diners to ensure a safe, clean, and functional environment with friendly and proactive service. Assist in maintaining common areas and perform basic gardening tasks. *Hotel Flor de Mayo \- Bule Restaurant* Hiring for: **Security \& Operations** **Position Objective:** Provide operational and security support to the Hotel and Restaurant, serving as the first point of contact for guests and diners, ensuring a safe, clean, and functional environment with friendly and proactive service. **Requirements:** * Minimum education: Completed high school * Experience in customer service and/or security (minimum 1 year); experience in maintenance or gardening is also acceptable * Basic knowledge of maintenance, gardening, and pool operation (preferred); professional appearance, service-oriented attitude, and courteous demeanor * Observational skills, discretion, and sense of responsibility * Availability to work weekends and rotating shifts (24 hrs.) **Responsibilities:** * Monitor guest, diner, and vendor entry and exit. * Welcome customers and guide them regarding the premises. * Accurately know and communicate hotel and restaurant operating hours and services. * Maintain presence in key areas for supervision and immediate assistance. * Assist in setup, safeguarding, and maintenance of common areas (pool, parking lot, terrace). * Assist in basic maintenance tasks: gardening, irrigation, furniture, and water tank levels. * Place and remove restaurant signage. * Turn lights and air conditioning units on/off, and inspect systems according to schedule. * Complete logbooks and conduct shift handovers with clear reporting of pending items.
