Community Manager & Content Creator

At Lobe Clinic, we are seeking a creative, strategic, and passionate Community Manager who is deeply engaged with social media and capable of connecting with audiences through high-impact visual content. We are looking for a person with excellent visual taste, initiative, and strong content creation skills to manage our brands and strategic accounts. Key Responsibilities * Management and administration of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) * Monthly content planning and scheduling * Creation of visual and audiovisual content for social media * On-site content coverage and capture at the clinic * Design of posts, stories, reels, and digital materials * Writing of creative and commercial copy * Community engagement and message follow-up * Coordination with marketing, design, and sales teams * Monitoring of digital metrics and trends * Support in promotional campaigns and positioning strategies Profile * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field * Minimum 1\-2 years of experience as a Community Manager or Content Creator * Excellent presentation and visual judgment * Creativity, organization, and strategic focus Required: * Proficiency in Canva * Proficiency in Adobe software (Photoshop, Premiere, or Illustrator) * Video editing skills for reels and dynamic content Schedule * Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. * Saturdays: 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Work Location: Santa Fe, Mexico City We Offer * Net monthly salary: $13,000 * Commission scheme * Statutory benefits * Free uniforms * Excellent work environment * Professional growth opportunities * Development within premium aesthetic and wellness sector brands * Continuous training on digital trends and creative content * Participation in branding projects, campaigns, and influencer collaborations Salary: Starting from $13,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Professional development support * Employee discount * Company parking * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Company-provided mobile phone * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
