Implementation of technological improvements and process automation. **Position Objective** Ensure the proper operation of the technology infrastructure, provide technical support to users, and propose improvements that optimize internal systems and processes. **Main Responsibilities** * Administration and maintenance of networks, servers, and computing equipment. * End-user technical support (hardware and software). * Installation and configuration of systems, applications, and equipment. * Data backup and security. * Management and control of technological equipment inventory. * Implementation of technological improvements and process automation. * Monitoring and timely resolution of incidents. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree in Information Technologies, Computer Systems, or related field. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar position. * Knowledge of networks, servers, databases, and cybersecurity. * Proficiency in Windows and/or macOS operating systems. * Knowledge of domain administration and backups. * Service-oriented attitude, proactivity, and analytical ability.
