It is a social project that brings health and hope to vulnerable communities in Mexico, transforming train carriages into fully equipped medical clinics where specialists travel across the Mexican republic to provide consultations, medications, diagnostic tests, and free healthcare. Provide specialized first- and second-level medical care to adult populations in vulnerable and hard-to-reach communities visited by Dr. Vagón. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations of adult patients * Diagnose and manage a broad range of prevalent chronic diseases * Provide counseling and health education to patients regarding self-management of their health * Perform appropriate patient triage and referral to health centers * Actively collaborate with the Dr. Vagón multidisciplinary health team (general physicians, nurses, nutritionists, etc.) to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care. **POSITION REQUIREMENTS** * Medical Doctor and Surgeon degree from an institution of higher education. * Specialty in Internal Medicine, with valid specialist title and professional license. * Preferred: Certification from the Mexican Council of Internal Medicine. **EXPERIENCE** * Minimum 2 years **SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES** * Ability to perform accurate clinical diagnosis and therapeutic management * Skills to interpret laboratory and imaging studies * Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly and empathetically explain complex medical conditions to patients and their families. **WORK CONDITIONS** * Work shifts in a mobile environment (train carriage) * Extended stays away from home residence during campaigns **BENEFITS AND OPPORTUNITIES** * A unique opportunity to directly impact the health and quality of life of the adult population, serving as a fundamental pillar in their medical care. * Enriching professional experience within an innovative, high-social-impact care model. * Join a multidisciplinary team committed to a humanitarian mission.
