A leading manufacturer of ballistic-resistant glass is seeking:
Quality Manager
**Job Objective:**
Coordinate all activities for the development and implementation of a Quality Management System compliant with ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 requirements, and maintain its certification.
Coordinate continuous improvement activities aimed at reducing non-value-adding activities.
Promote the Process Approach and Risk-Based Thinking within the Quality Management System.
**Responsibilities:**
* Plan, develop, implement, and improve the quality management system,
* Conduct internal audits.
* Manage quality system processes and risk management.
* Manage corrective actions.
* Coordinate management reviews.
* Support the implementation of the quality management system across all company areas and departments.
* Train and develop internal auditors.
* Deliver internal training.
* Deploy quality tools and methodologies throughout the organization and evaluate quality costs.
* Deploy quality objectives, their indicators, and monitoring mechanisms.
* Deploy Total Quality Management concepts.
* Monitor, track, and achieve plant objectives.
* Review and follow up on stakeholder information.
* Address risks and opportunities and their associated actions related to the quality management system.
* Comply with internal work standards, the quality management system, as well as environmental and safety regulations.
* Coordinate system implementation on the shop floor and improvements in work areas.
* Develop and schedule product audit plans.
* Issue quality alerts, lessons learned, and single-topic lessons.
* Responsible for creating, reviewing, analyzing, and coordinating with product engineering the control plan—both for processes and new products.
* Develop inspection sheets with visual aids.

**Requirements:**
Experience: Minimum 5 years in similar positions
Discharged military ID card or pre-ID card
Education level: Industrial Engineering
Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016
Knowledge of ISO 31000 standard
Knowledge of CORE Tools application.
