Job Summary: We are seeking a Receptionist to provide professional customer service, manage phone calls, control access, and maintain the reception area. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintaining an organized reception area **KIA Pedregal is looking for talent** -------------------------------------------- ### **Position: Receptionist** ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide friendly and professional service to customers, visitors, and suppliers. * Promptly answer and route telephone calls. * Control and register visitor access. * Manage calendar and schedule appointments. * Receive and route correspondence and packages. * Maintain an organized and professionally presented reception area. ### **Requirements:** * Completed high school diploma or technical degree (certificate required). * Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar role (reception, customer service, or related field). * Valid and up-to-date Taxpayer Status Certificate (Constancia de Situación Fiscal). * Organizational skills, responsibility, and punctuality. * Strong communication skills and service orientation. ### **We Offer:** * Gross monthly salary of **$9,451** * Bi-weekly payroll payments. * Statutory benefits from day one (IMSS, year-end bonus, vacation, and vacation premium). * Access to Wellhub (gym membership). * Job stability. * Internal growth opportunities. ### **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. * Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. **Location:** Periférico Sur 3996, Jardines del Pedregal, Álvaro Obregón, Ciudad de México. **Interested candidates:** Apply through this channel.
