We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer! **General Position Objective**: * Timely and effective resolution of technical requests from external and internal customers. **Main Responsibilities**: * Perform necessary actions to guarantee and exceed the agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs) with customers for computing infrastructure support. * Identify and resolve hardware and software issues. * Prioritize, delegate, and track resolution of hardware and software failures based on severity. * Adherence to documented processes in Confluence. * Proficiency in Linux operating systems (command line) and Windows Server. \- VMware ESXi. * On-site and remote administration of physical and virtual servers. Diagnosis and replacement of faulty components. * Network administration: wireless, switching, routing, VPNs. * On-call availability outside regular working hours. * Ability to drive a vehicle in urban and highway environments for remote service assignments.
