Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications, as well as diagnose and repair hardware and software. Join our team as: **Technical Support Engineer** * **Schedule:** Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday — 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm; Saturday and Sunday — 9:00 pm to 6:00 am (Mondays and Tuesdays off). * **Work Modality:** On-site; we are located near Barranca del Muerto Metro Station. **What You’ll Do:** * Install and configure the technology used by the company, including equipment, operating systems, programs, and applications. * Diagnose hardware and software malfunctions. * Replace damaged or faulty components in equipment. * Request new parts when inventory is depleted. * Conduct tests and evaluate new applications prior to implementation in systems. * Configure user profiles and email accounts. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering or related field. * Level 1 and Level 2 support experience (2–3 years). * Preventive and corrective maintenance experience. * Application support experience (preferred). * Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10, and 11. * Windows Server. * Ticket management. * IP configuration. * Equipment and license inventory management. * Knowledge of Active Directory. **We Offer:** * Base salary paid via formal payroll. * Statutory benefits + additional benefits (savings fund, life insurance, accident insurance, employee discounts).
