Job Summary: Plan, coordinate, and supervise personnel transportation operations to ensure efficiency, route compliance, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise the proper execution of routes and vehicle conditions. 2. Handle incidents on routes and coordinate with monitoring and maintenance teams. 3. Act as a communication liaison between users and operators. **PERSONNEL TRANSPORTATION ROUTE COORDINATOR** **Job Objective:** Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily operations related to personnel transportation services (tourism and private), ensuring operational efficiency, adherence to routes and schedules, optimal utilization of vehicles and human resources, and customer satisfaction. **Job Requirements:** * Education: High school diploma * Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar position within passenger or freight transport companies. **Knowledge:** * Route planning; traffic and transit regulations; SCT regulations and NOMs applicable to passenger transportation. * Proficiency with technological tools (logistics software, GPS, spreadsheets). * Age 45 years and above **Skills:** * Leadership and decision-making. * Problem-solving. * Effective communication. * Working under pressure. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise the proper execution of routes. * Verify vehicle conditions—mechanical and aesthetic. * Ensure drivers wear complete, clean, and well-maintained institutional uniforms, maintaining appropriate and professional personal appearance during service delivery. * Monitor service punctuality. * Address incidents on routes; report operational deviations; coordinate with monitoring, maintenance, and operations teams. * Act as a communication liaison between service users and drivers. **WE OFFER:** * Direct employment by the company. * Weekly salary of $ 2,500\.00 NET. * Statutory benefits. * Supervision shifts are divided as follows: Monday to Friday: 07:00 \- 09:30 hrs and 17:00 \- 18:30 hrs Saturdays: 08:30 hrs \- 14:00 hrs (operational base for reporting). * 100% IMSS coverage. * Full-time position. * On-site employment. * If you are interested, apply through this channel or send your CV to the contact email; we will contact you shortly.**BENEFITS** * Opportunity for indefinite-term contract. * Company phone. * Complimentary uniforms.
