You will handle more complex incidents and play a key role in maintaining uninterrupted operations. **What are we looking for?** * Engineering or Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Computer Science, or related field * 2–4 years of experience in technical support (Help Desk or Level 2) Knowledge of: * Windows * Basic networking (TCP/IP, VPN) * Active Directory * Office 365 * SAP * Excellent service attitude and problem-solving skills **Responsibilities:** * Handle and resolve escalated technical support tickets (Level 1\) * Diagnose and resolve issues with computer hardware, software, and networks * Configure and administer users, accesses, and permissions * Install, update, and maintain hardware and software * Support connectivity matters (VPN, networks, printers) * Document solutions and contribute to continuous improvement * Track incidents to ensure adherence to response time requirements **We offer:** * Competitive salary * Grocery vouchers: 10% * Savings fund: 10% * Christmas bonus: 37\.5 days * Major medical expense insurance * Subsidized cafeteria * Life insurance * Dental and vision care assistance * Marriage/Death benefit * Additional paid leave days Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. **Location and work mode:** Álvaro Obregón.
