Capable of conducting standard English conversations for English-language support. · Prior experience in social service / professional internships providing field support and/or maintenance for telecommunications equipment (switches, routers, firewalls, etc.) is desirable. · Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, Data Networks, Firewalls. · Customer interaction. · Effective communication. · Responsible and honest. · Process-oriented. · Administration and configuration of some of the following brands: FORTINET, ASA, PALO ALTO, JUNIPER **Responsibilities:** · Specialized field telecommunications support. · Communication and coordination with the Support Coordinator regarding assignment, planning, execution, and closure of assigned cases/services. · Console connection to any telecommunications and/or computing equipment and provision of remote access to personnel designated by Net CS to perform the activity. · Installation, uninstallation, and/or preventive maintenance of any device related to the telecommunications network, such as: routers, switches, firewalls, modems, access points, disks, power supplies, fans, among others. · Identification of communication circuits: cabling, links, fiber optics, modems, equipment, among others. · Monitoring and/or supervision of third parties performing maintenance on telecommunications network circuits and local access providers where the activity is being carried out. · Site surveys to identify telecommunications and/or computing equipment at the client’s site for quotation purposes or database updates (inventories). · Clear documentation of all cases using the format and information required by Net CS and/or its clients. **What do we offer?** \- Opportunity to launch your professional career with just the right profile, within an innovative organization committed to your training and professional growth. \- **Gross monthly salary:** between $10,000 to $14,000 (based on experience) \+ Benefits exceeding legal requirements (IMSS payroll coverage 100%), transportation allowance (for service coverage) **Benefits:** · Savings fund: 5% of gross monthly salary. · Monthly food vouchers: $1,000\.00 (One thousand pesos 00/100 M.N.). · 100% vacation bonus (one hundred percent). · Annual Christmas bonus equivalent to 30 days of base salary. · Accidental death insurance at work: $250,000\.00 (Two hundred fifty thousand pesos 00/100 M.N.). · Funeral expense assistance for dependents: $20,000\.00 (Twenty thousand pesos 00/100 M.N.). · Reimbursement of medical expenses arising from work-related accidents up to $30,000 (Thirty thousand pesos 00/100 M.N.). · Life insurance: $100,000\.00 (One hundred thousand pesos 00/100 M.N.) · Discount card.
