Requirements * Minimum 2 years of experience in assembling molds for plastic injection. * Knowledge of plastic injection processes. * Use of precision tools. * Secondary school or Technical High School diploma (preferred). * Prior production experience (preferred). * Basic record-keeping and reporting skills. Main Responsibilities * Assembly and disassembly of molds. * Proper use and handling of material drying and feeding systems. * Adjustment of injection processes. * Mold cleaning. * Verification that products meet quality standards. * Support for shift operators. * Tool changes according to the production plan. * Verification of proper tool and equipment usage. * Monitoring progress against established targets. * Recording material usage and inventory. * Assisting with workplace cleaning and organization. * Collaborating in packaging and storage.
