UBK Corporate, a real estate developer with over 20 years of experience in housing development, is currently seeking new talent as a Network and Platform Design Engineer.
**Job Objective:**
To comprehensively design and model the technical infrastructure of residential developments, ensuring optimal project utilization through platform, level, and network design while strictly adhering to current local regulations.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* **Platform Design:** Define excavation levels and grade elevations to optimize earthwork movement (earthwork balance).
* **Network Design:** Calculation and layout of hydraulic, sanitary, and stormwater networks according to standards.
* **Surveying Office:** Processing field data to create accurate digital terrain models.
* **Regulatory Management:** Ensure drawings comply with technical guidelines issued by local authorities (e.g., SAPA, Public Works, or federal agencies) for approval.
* **Quantification:** Generation of construction volume tables for budgeting purposes.
**Technical Requirements:**
* **Education:** Civil or Surveying Engineering degree (certified graduate).
* **Software:** Advanced proficiency in **AutoCAD** and **CivilCAD** (mandatory)
* **Experience:** Minimum 3\-5 years designing residential subdivisions or urban complexes.
* **Knowledge:** All aspects related to infrastructure (soil mechanics, surveying, etc.)
