Experience in luxury residential sector. Must have the ability to memorize projects, statuses, and changes. Organized and methodical to follow company-established processes. (Manuals, workflows, formats). Intermediate level in AutoCAD 2D. Basic level in SketchUp. Intermediate proficiency in Adobe software suite. Must have personal organization methods to ensure efficient deliverables. Full-time availability. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally. Develop cost item catalogs for each project (based on value estimates provided by the estimation department) and delegate material breakdown tasks to designers. Keep project cost catalogs updated as construction progresses. Manage construction budgets.
