In-depth product knowledge and service orientation At CHEVROLET SANJE PRO AUTOMOTORES, we are looking for top talent eager to join our best-in-class team. ***We are currently seeking SALES ADVISORS for NEW AND PRE-OWNED CARS*** ***MUST RESIDE IN THE SOUTHERN AREA OF CDMX*** ***Requirements:*** * Completed high school education * Minimum 1 year of automotive dealership experience * **Excellent personal presentation** * Advanced Excel proficiency and ERP system experience * Sales area experience ***Knowledge:*** * Prospecting, negotiation, and sales closing techniques * Financial scenario development * Personal and digital sales (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, * Google Meet, Zoom, etc.) * Ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles * Video recording (Walkaround demonstrations for * customers) ***Competencies:*** * Emotional intelligence and empathy * Deep product knowledge * Quality orientation * Orientation toward internal and external customer service ***Main Responsibilities:*** * Log into the BDC department and record activities in Report 3\.0 to prospect and follow up with customers from the distributor's database and new leads, aiming to generate appointments at the dealership. * Conduct consultative interviews remotely or in-person to determine customers' needs and purchase motivations, enabling appropriate vehicle recommendations. * Perform static and/or dynamic (virtual or in-person) demonstrations to share vehicle features and benefits with customers. * Follow up on internet-sourced opportunities to maximize appointments that result in vehicle deliveries. **WE OFFER:** * **100% COMMISSION-BASED COMPENSATION** * **Direct employment by the company** * **Work schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM.** * **Work location: Chevrolet San Jerónimo** *If interested in this position, please apply through this channel or send your updated CV to gestion@sanjeronimogm.com.mx* Salary: $10,000\.00 \- $30,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
