Industrial maintenance and recycling company is seeking a Site Maintenance Manager to work at its facility located in Silao, Guanajuato, which has a workforce of 1,000 employees. Objective: Ensure proper planning, coordination, and supervision of site operations, guaranteeing efficiency, achievement of strategic objectives, and continuous process improvement. Main Responsibilities: * Plan, direct, and supervise on-site operations. * Implement strategies that optimize resources, time, and operating costs. * Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). * Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal regulations, quality, and occupational safety standards. * Identify areas for improvement and implement action plans to increase productivity. * Report progress and results to senior management.
