




**Knowledge:** * Experience in forming processes, brazing, pipe bending, assembly, and leak testing equipment (desirable) * Knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. * Ability to comprehend and interpret technical documentation (setup sheets, operating instructions, cleaning charts). * Ability to follow and interpret manuals or instructions. Basic reading and interpretation of blueprints. **Responsibilities:** Follow and maintain machine and process operating conditions as defined by the process engineer. Ensure that each workstation has up-to-date instructions. Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of tooling according to checklists. Respond immediately to failures or deviations on the production floor. Support supervisors and operators in restoring operations without compromising quality and safety. Assist supervisors in operating critical stations in cases of absenteeism or customer coverage risk, without compromising primary duties (release, adjustments, and model changes). Identify opportunities for reducing cycle times, waste, material flow, and defects.
