




**Business: Purina, Silao Factory** **Purpose of the Position:** Coordinate manufacturing area operations, monitoring administrative controls, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), facility maintenance, as well as providing technical support to operations personnel during contingencies in the area—preventing and correcting equipment failures through the Engineering department and proactively identifying risks or impacts to safety or the environment—to achieve production targets without compromising product quality and/or safety. **Required Knowledge / Experience:** * **Bachelor's degree** in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, or related fields. * 2–3 years of experience managing personnel and supervising production. * Experience in production areas and adherence to key standards and regulations. * Compliance with SHE and Quality standards. * Minimum Yellow Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma; Green Belt preferred, with competencies in Problem Solving and root cause analysis/mindset. * Experience with the **TPM** methodology. * **English:** **Intermediate/Advanced** **A DAY IN THE LIFE OF…** * **Safety and Environment** Continuously identify, record, and report hazards and incidents within your work environment, and understand procedures established under the ISO 45001 system to strengthen the system through observation of behaviors and conditions in your work area. Manage development and updating of operational procedures and work instructions, LIL standards, centerline specifications, etc. Contribute to and track improvement projects, pursuing continuous growth in manufacturing productivity and reliability to ensure product availability in the market according to business needs.
