Keeps staff information and documentation up to date Logistics sector company seeks: Human Resources Analyst General Objective: Execute various administrative processes of Human Resources management, addressing and resolving requirements from employees working for the company, applying relevant legal criteria and company policies. Main Responsibilities: 1. Administer and control payroll-related incidents 2. Maintain up-to-date staff information generated daily—such as contracts, attendance records, disciplinary actions, payments, deductions, internal transfers, etc.—ensuring compliance with labor laws and company-established policies. 3. Receive various staff requests arising from their employment relationship with the company, providing clarification and resolution of their questions and/or requests. 4. Handle and resolve labor-related conflicts arising from the company’s daily operations, applying appropriate disciplinary measures supported by applicable labor laws (Federal Labor Law, IMSS, INFONAVIT, Income Tax Law, etc.), the Internal Work Regulations, and company policies. 5. Gather information on salary compensation schemes offered by companies in the labor market. 6. Keep staff rosters, job descriptions, and authorized organizational charts up to date, recording personnel movements timely and accurately. We Offer: Net monthly salary: $15,000 Bi-weekly payments Punctuality and attendance bonus: $600 per month Statutory benefits Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree in psychology, business administration, business management, or related field. 2–4 years of experience as an HR analyst or generalist. Solid knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT). Experience handling payroll incidents and pre-payroll processing.
