Implement the DNC training model. 2. Provide theoretical training to new hires. 3. Create didactic materials. 4. Update operational manuals. 5. Design visual proposals (modify training presentations) 6. Follow up on assigned projects 7. Carry out activities to promote job integration 8. Support evaluation through surveys to analyze obtained results
