Your Mission: Ensure excellence in repair services through technical and administrative supervision of our network of suppliers (workshops and agencies), guaranteeing full policyholder satisfaction and compliance with our quality standards. What We Are Looking For? (Candidate Profile) Education: Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Quality, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 2 years in similar positions (quality supervision, supplier management, or insurance sector). Technical Knowledge: Process management, quality standards, personnel supervision, and use of digital tracking platforms. Main Responsibilities: Technical Auditing: Conduct on-site supervision at workshops and agencies regarding the status and progress of vehicles undergoing repair. Quality Control: Ensure each repair meets HDI Seguros’ technical and aesthetic standards. Network Management: Monitor strict adherence of suppliers to our institutional processes. Customer Service: Maintain direct contact with policyholders and agents to provide status updates, manage expectations, and resolve inquiries. Data Analysis: Use internal platforms to record information and generate performance reports. Strategy: Develop action plans based on key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve delivery times and quality.
