Basic training for end users Job Objective Ensure efficient operation of the company's and our clients' computer and technological systems by delivering timely technical support, preventive and corrective maintenance, always guaranteeing user satisfaction and operational continuity. Main Responsibilities * Provide on-site, telephone, and remote technical support (hardware, software, and networks). * Install and configure computing equipment, printers, and mobile devices. * Perform preventive and corrective equipment maintenance. * Update software and hardware. * Backup data and implement cybersecurity measures. * Diagnose and resolve technical incidents. * Prepare technical service reports and records. * Manage and update equipment and license inventories. * Deliver basic training to end users. * Coordinate equipment acquisition or renewal. Required Profile Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Information Technologies, or related field. Experience: 6 months to 1 year in technical support, hardware and software installation and configuration.
