As a Materials Coordinator, you will play a key role in overseeing and managing materials used in material handling system installation projects. You will coordinate with suppliers, site managers, and installers to ensure materials arrive on time, meet safety standards, and that projects proceed without delays. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise the receipt and shipment of materials, ensuring all documentation is complete (receipts, packing lists, orders, bills of lading, shipping confirmations, etc.). * Take photographs of incoming and outgoing materials loaded onto trucks using a mobile phone or tablet. * Manage customer information using inventory systems (Fishbowl) and Microsoft Office tools. * Monitor damaged, missing, surplus, or pending items and notify the relevant team. * Coordinate with customers and site teams to optimize workflows, ensure fast response times, and build long-term relationships. * Investigate and resolve inventory, order, and shipment discrepancies, effectively communicating results. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on inventory and operations. **Requirements and Skills:** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. * Minimum of 4 years of experience in similar roles. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, and Teams. * Experience with inventory ERP systems (minimum 1 year). * Inventory control and management. * Valid passport and visa. * Advanced English required. **What We Offer:** * Participation in material handling system installation projects using cutting-edge technology. * Opportunity to collaborate with international teams and top-tier clients.
