We are currently seeking a kitchen apprentice. No prior experience is required, as training will be provided. It is essential that the candidate lives within a maximum 40-minute commute from the location; hiring will be under the “Jóvenes Construyendo el Futuro” program. **Job Description** * Prepare food quickly and efficiently. * Prepare fruits for breakfast service. * Clean and maintain kitchen equipment. * Bake; clean, peel, and cut food items such as meat or vegetables. * Weigh or measure food items. * Mix ingredients to prepare dressings or seasonings. * Assist in preparing dishes ready for serving. * Clean and organize the kitchen and utensils. * Store food in appropriate areas (pantry, refrigerator, freezer, etc.). * Keep the work area clean and organized. * Focused on our service area, you will be fundamental in ensuring fast and efficient delivery of our dishes to customers. * Also provide support to the production area: preparing white bread, sweet bread, and cakes for breakfast and lunch service; assembling and decorating cakes, etc. **Skills** ☐ Multi\-functional learning ability. ☐ Ability to read and follow recipes. ☐ Consistency.
