Job Summary: We are seeking an Academic Coordinator or Manager with experience in academic and commercial management to ensure educational quality and regulatory compliance within an institution. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages academic quality and the student community. 2. Supervises teaching and administrative staff. 3. Represents the institution at public events and before official bodies. WORK LOCATION: SAN JOSÉ ITURBIDE, GTO. Requirements: Age: 33–50 years Bachelor’s degree (graduated) Minimum 2 years of experience in coordination or management roles. Knowledge: • Business Administration and Service Management, Customer Service • Office Suite proficiency >90% • ERP-CRM (expert level) • Commercial processes • Academic management • Commercial management • Personnel management Functions/Responsibilities: • Achievement of established KPI targets such as NI, RI, RA, CC, NPS, CA, EBITDA. • Timely support for students, faculty, and general staff. • Ensuring faculty recruitment, retention, and evaluation. • Hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating teaching and administrative staff. • Representing the institution at public and academic events locally, and before public and private organizations. • Ensuring academic quality in classrooms. • Maintaining campus facilities in optimal condition. • Ensuring commercial process execution (planning visits, prospecting, generating calls and appointments, daily enrollment target). • Ensuring students meet entry and exit profile requirements. • Ensuring student terminal efficiency. • Supervising regulatory compliance. • Guaranteeing adherence to institutional philosophy and current regulations.
