Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks, as well as time and motion analysis **Description** A company with a nationwide presence and over 40 years in the market is seeking a Process Engineer. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, or related field. * 1–2 years of experience as a Process Engineer. **Responsibilities** * Process standardization. * Validation of time and motion studies. * Implementation of continuous improvements. * Development and implementation of new processes. **Knowledge and Experience** * Production flows. * Waste reduction. * Failure analysis and definition of preventive and corrective actions. * Process automation. * Time and motion analysis. * Standardized work. * General knowledge of Lean Manufacturing. * Creation of flowcharts. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks. **Languages** * Intermediate English. **We Offer** Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM Productivity bonus Savings fund Employment type: Indefinite-term contract Salary: Starting at $15,000.00 MXN per month Work location: On-site employment
