Job Summary: We are seeking a Systems Intern to provide technical and operational support, ensuring the proper functioning of equipment and technological platforms. Key Highlights: 1. Full-time (MONDAY TO FRIDAY, 9 AM TO 6 PM) Specialized and accounting services company seeks: Systems Intern Internship location: Torres JV (Please verify location before applying) Objective: Provide technical and operational support to company users regarding hardware, software, networks, and computer systems, ensuring the proper functioning of equipment and technological platforms to maintain operational continuity. Requirements: Education: Higher Technical Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems (current student or recent graduate), preferably with a technical high school background in computing Basic English (technical/systems context) Age: 20 to 28 years Experience: Knowledge of network maintenance, technical support, and information security Residence within a maximum 45-minute commute from the location Must have voluntary health insurance Letter of introduction from the university Availability for full-time or part-time work Knowledge in: Programming (basic) Network cabling Office productivity software On-site and remote technical support (diagnosis and repair of equipment failures) Use of on-site and remote support tools (AnyDesk, TeamViewer, etc.) Security software, information security, backups Installation and configuration of operating systems Network maintenance Database management Contpaqi systems (basic support level) Responsibilities: Preventive and corrective maintenance of desktop and laptop computers Installation and configuration of operating systems Evaluation, installation, and updates of software and hardware, as well as necessary repairs Backups of computer equipment Technical support across various departments Audits for various certifications We Offer: Financial support of 7000 MXN per month Possibility of full-time employment Work location: Angelópolis (Torres JV). -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor’s degree Less than 1 year of experience Languages: English Age: between 20 and 28 years Knowledge: Structured cabling, Contpaqi, Preventive maintenance, Technical support, Cybersecurity analysis Keywords: intern, practicante, trainee, apprentice, system
