In this capacity, you will play an essential role in enhancing our technology platforms by engaging in the design, development, and integration of systems that address Branch, Client, and Operational needs. You’ll contribute significantly to strategic initiatives, establishing solution architecture and integration practices that align with our product goals. **Responsibilities** * Develop and implement cloud\-native technologies to drive digital transformation throughout the organization * Architect new features and connect systems across a variety of cloud environments * Create comprehensive solutions that encompass business domains, application support, data flows, integration, and non\-functional requirements * Provide architectural guidance and collaborate with teams on design and integration for business applications across multiple product streams * Ensure systems are designed for optimal efficiency, scalability, and reliability * Promote the adoption of architectural frameworks, design principles, code quality, and performance standards in all projects * Apply Agile, DevOps, and continuous delivery methodologies to solution development * Build and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders in Product Management, UX, PMO, Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, and Security * Work alongside support teams, systems, and business leaders to deliver technical improvements, upgrades, and best practices * Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, lead meetings, and support decision\-making * Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, providing mentorship and support to team members **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience * Five or more years of experience in designing and building distributed enterprise applications * At least two years in leadership, management, architect, owner, or coordination positions * A minimum of one year leading a team of five or more individuals * Experience in at least two complete project lifecycles or involvement in multiple projects at different stages * Strong command of Java for enterprise application development * Solid experience in domain modeling, system design, cloud architectures, and integration strategies * Background in microservices architecture and RESTful API development * Familiarity with distributed caching, event\-driven, and streaming technologies * Demonstrated ability to deliver scalable, distributed, and secure solutions in cloud platforms such as Azure * Experience working with both relational and NoSQL database systems * Advanced skills in Spring Boot, microservices, API management, event streaming, cloud\-native design, observability, and performance tuning * Hands\-on experience with Apache Kafka for event streaming * Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written, at B2 level or higher **Nice to have** * Experience as a DB2 Database Administrator * Background with MongoDB for NoSQL database management * Familiarity with ReactJS for user interface development * Knowledge of Splunk for monitoring and analytics
